Conversion to create 7 Bed HMO in Bradford

About the Project

This project involved the conversion of a corner terrace property into a 7 bedroom HMO in Bradford. The proposal presented a number of planning challenges, including irregular room layouts, concerns relating to overdevelopment, and the need to achieve safe and suitable escape routes within the building.

Plans Direct prepared the planning application and developed the scheme to address these issues in a balanced and practical way. Particular attention was given to the internal arrangement, the quality and usability of the accommodation, and ensuring that the proposal responded appropriately to planning and safety considerations.

Planning permission was successfully secured, allowing the project to move forward subject to the relevant conditions.
